As I become older, I notice what goes in my mouth has almost an immediate effect on my body. I have always been physically active but I noticed when I pack my body full of junk, it really slows me down. So when I saw the bag, it looked awfully similar to a granola mix I make myself at our local organic store. I thought to myself! Wala! I have been looking for granola that didn't have a lot of sugar and was healthy for you. You found me. I don't eat anything else. I use it in my granola in the morning. Thank you so much. | | I spied some bags of these in our company "kitchen" and was curious so I tried the Fruit and Nut while traveling home on the Train. As soon as the Granola hit my tongue I exclaimed, "OMG!" and at least 15 people turned to look at me. I ended up sharing my 2oz bag with 8 other fellow commuters who I am happy to say had the same ephifany as I did. You now have 9 new converts. I'm going right to Safeway tonight to clear out the shelves.
